       Additional Charges

      In  Management Tab, visible to Mining and Drilling Companies

      These records are for one-time charges (can be positive or negative values) that are not recorded either on a DSR or a timesheet. These can be charges for things like mobilization or demobilization. These charges get allocated to holes on a time basis over the length of the project or contract. These are submitted by the office via KruxMetrix online. If you want to add charges that are specifically for a shift, then you can do so on the DSR Shift Detail page.

      This page shows all entered Additional Charges. Use the filter drop downs at the top of the view to filter your results and click  to reset all of the filters.

      There are four Additional Charge statuses:

      Pending your approval

      Pending approval by Contractor

      Pending Approval by Client

      Approved

      Above the table is a filter button showing the number of additional charges pending approval. Click on the button to have the table filter to the pending approval items. Or select from "Filter by Status" dropdown filter.

       

      On this page, the following action items are available;

      Select to add a new Additional Charges

      Select to edit an existing record.

      Select to delete an existing record.

      Approve Additional Charges

      Select to view the edit history before approving

       

      Within each charge your can also add attachment in the Add/Edit modal.

      Records can be edited once approved, however it will re-trigger the approval process.
