Billing
In Reports Tab, visible to Mining and Drilling Clients
Billing- billing report exports a summarized invoice along with detailed records for review prior to submitting your invoice, or to reconcile with an invoice that has been received. To set the parameters for your export you can click on each of the drop-down boxes to define each field. Parameters are:

- Division (optional)
- Contractor (for Mining Clients)
- Client (for Drilling Clients)
- Contract Status: defaults to all Active contracts. You can select All/Active/Complete
- Contract
- Project (optional field)
- Drill (optional field)
- Start Date
- End Date
Click the checkbox to Include Other Contract Charges. Other Contract charges are items that are not tied to either the Project or Drill selected above.

to export the Billing Report. The Billing Report will automatically download within your internet browser and depending on your browser settings, may ask you where you would like to save the Billing Export file. Use Microsoft Excel to view the report.
