Consumables
In 
Presets Tab, visible to Drilling Companies only
Use the Consumable page to create and manage your consumables and consumable types.
Required fields are:

- Consumable
- Category
To add a new Category or edit an existing Category, click 
and a new category table will appear below.
To add a new consumable item, click 
, enter your consumable item description and you can either select or create a new category to associate it too.
Note: It is recommended to add a description of the consumable that includes the unit of measure for reference. i.e. Bentonite (50lbs), NQ Reaming Shell 6”, etc.
If your rates vary between contracts it is recommended to leave the rates blank here and update them on the individual contracts.
Action Items on this page are;

Click to add new Consumable or Category. |

Click to edit. Editing will update any previous records already recorded to that Consumable or Category. |

Click to delete. Deleting will remove the Consumable from the list. You cannot delete a Consumable with records associated to it or a rate associated in a contract. In that case, you will have to deactivate. |

Click to deactivate the Consumable. Deactivating will remove the Consumable from the available dropdown selections. |
|
|
Click to reactivate the Consumable. Reactivation will add the Consumable back to the available dropdown selections. |
|
|
Click to import consumables or to download the import excel template. |
