Equipment Rentals
In 
Management Tab, visible to Mining and Drilling Companies
This page shows all entered Equipment Rentals and their effective date range. Use the filter drop downs at the top of the view to filter your results and click -jpg-Oct-26-2021-09-45-56-37-PM.jpeg)
to reset all of the filters.
There are four Equipment Rental statuses:

Pending approval by Contractor |

Pending Approval by Client |

Above the table is a filter button showing the number of rentals pending approval. Click on the button to have the table filter to the pending approval items. Or select from "Filter by Status" dropdown filter. |
On this page, the following action items are available;

Select to add a new equipment rental |
|
|
Select to edit an existing record. |
|
|
Select to delete an existing record. |
|

Approve Equipment Rental |
|
|
Select to view edit history before approving |
Records can be edited once approved, however it will re-trigger the approval process.
Approval history can be reviewed by selecting 
(this actions is only available once the equipment rental has been approved).
Rejection history can be reviewed by selecting 
(this actions is only available once the equipment rental has been rejected).
Devices and monitors with smaller screens may not see the or options in the summary table, select the 
button to expand the row to access these action items.
