Hole Detail Page

On the Hole Detail Page, you can view all the associated fields attached to the hole.

Click to edit hole information

Click to delete hole. Holes with shift reports attached cannot be deleted.

If the hole is a Linked hole you will see this icon. Hover over "Linked Hole" icon to see associated holes and the Link Type (Continuation or Re-Entry), Status, Contract, Project, Initial Hole and Client 

 

Linked Hole Types:

  • Continuation: a hole that is drilled continuously but is billed over more than one project or contract. Linked hole must have the same name as the initial hole but must be on a different contract or project.
  • Re-Entry: a hole that is re-entered at a later date or by a different contractor. Linked hole must be on a different contract or project than the initial hole.

 

If there are linked holes, you will see a card for each one in the header section, showing relevant info for each hole including status and actions to Complete or Re-Activate. You may Edit a hole and uncheck "Link to Existing Hole" option in the modal to unlink the hole so it is independent.
 

 

There are three tabs on the Hole Detail Page:

  • Drilling
  • Hole Path
  • Charges

Drilling Tab: contains 2 visualizations

  • Drilling: shows Depth, Efficiency Rate and Penetration Rage. Click on an item in the legend to toggle it on/off which will allow you to focus on an item.
  • Charges: shows Total Charges per Depth measurement. Click on an item in the legend to toggle it on/off which will allow you to focus on an item.

Core Section (Imago Integration): if there are core images available, select the hole from the drop down above the images.

Drilling Records table: view all related drill info here.

 

Hole Path Tab: contains four visualizations related to the path, deviation, azimuth cross-section and plan view. Click on a line to highlight that particular data line or point.

Survey data can come into Krux in several ways:

  • Survey activities from DSR reports entered in KruxLog with survey points
  • Imported surveys
  • Integrations via API's

Survey Section contains two tabs:

  • Survey View table: Edit, add or delete a survey. You can also Add a survey and survey points here or Import Surveys from a spreadsheet. will take you to a page where you can download the template (at bottom of page). Once you have made any updates to the spreadsheet, navigate and "Choose file". Then select the relevant data from the drop-downs relating to the survey. Complete the import by clicking
  • Data View table: show all detailed data relating to each survey point taken within each survey. In this view you may Disable a data point in the table if you determine necessary (mining clients only) by unchecking the checkbox under the "Enabled" column for the specific data point. Alternatively, you may edit or delete a point.

For Linked Holes, there has to be a hole selection on the add/edit modal before the survey can be added as there could be multiple holes linked together.

For mining clients, you will see Survey Status in the tables with 3 status options:

  • Pending Review
  • Reviewed
  • Rejected

These Survey Status buttons require action, and can also be see in Holes tables on the Plan Detail page, and Project detail page. When you click on a survey status button in a table, you will be taken to the Survey Detail page (Survey Detail page) where you can complete the action related to the survey:

 

Charges Tab: has two visualizations for

  • Total Charges: shows the breakdown into categories of
    • DSR, Timesheets
    • Equipment Rentals
    • Fluids
    • Additional Charges
  • Daily Shift Reports Charges: Toggle Drilling or Non-Drilling in the legend to filter the date. Hover over the visuals for more in-depth details. See the breakdown of:
    • Activities
    • Drill Rates
    • Consumables
    • Equipment
    • Labour
    • Additional Charges which are specific to a shift

Tables - click on any line to view the associated record for:

  • Daily Shift Reports - each record is a shift report with charges that apply to the hole
  • Timesheets - each record is a Timesheet record with charges that apply to the hole
  • Fluids - each record is a Fluid entry in a DSR that applies to the hole
  • Equipment Rentals - each record is an Equipment rental record with charges that apply to the hole
  • Additional Charges - each record here is an Additional charge record with charges that can be applied to a specific hole
