On the Hole Detail page below the header, there are two tabs: Drilling and Hole Path.
In the Hole Path tab you will find a Surveys section near the bottom with a table. In this table you can add/edit/delete a survey.
You can also add a survey or survey points here from a spreadsheet. 
(Note: you must be on the Survey View tab in this section). 
You can download a template ( 
at the bottom right side of the page). Once you have made any updates to the spreadsheet, navigate and "Choose file". Then select the relevant data from the drop-downs relating to the survey:
- Survey Category
- Survey Tool
- Date/Time
- Declination (optional)
- Survey Label (optional)
- Description (optional)
- Depth Unit
- Temperature Unit
Complete the import by clicking
