Logging In
Once the application is installed, go into the app to login using your username and password. (get the app)
If you do not have a Krux account, contact your company’s Krux administrator. They will be able to setup your Krux account and send you the appropriate username and password.
Users with an internet connection can type in their username and password and click Login to open the app. If you do not have an internet connection, enter in your username and password and then click on the Offline Login button (you must have logged in at least once with an internet connection in the past to login offline).
- To login with a connection, select Login
- To login w/o a connection, select Offline Login
- you must have at least signed in on that device once before with your account information to login in offline mode
Prior to logging in, users can select their preferred language for the APP by making their language section below.
Logging Out
To log out, click on the Menu button, and select the Logout option near the bottom of the list. The App will also automatically log you out after 60 minutes of inactivity.
Change Password
If you need to change your password, you can log into KruxMetrix and select the profile icon in the top right hand side of the screen to change your password.
Reset Password
If you have forgotten your password , you'll need to reach out to support@kruxanalytics.com or the Krux admin for your company to reset your password. They will reset your password using the KruxMetrix Admin Console.
