Documents

The Documents button will take you to a screen where you can download job critical documents, search for and submit reporting forms, and view past forms that have been submitted.

Documents can be downloaded to the User’s device to be read, filled out, and submitted with the Daily Shift Report or Timesheet.

Use the drop-down list to filter the documents and to find the needed document faster. You can also search for a document by typing the document name in the Search bar next to the drop-down list.

Download files by clicking on the reference tab and then clicking the download button on the right side of the file you wish to use.

To download required forms, click on the Forms tab, find the document to use, click on the , and then save the form. To submit the filled-out form, click the Submit button. Forms can also be uploaded via the Camera button for mobile device users.

Choose your date and select what worker the form is for from the Worker drop down menu. You also have the option of selecting the correct Contract or Project from their corresponding drop-down menus.
Select the appropriate form by clicking on the (Paperclip icon) and choosing the file from your device. If you have any additional comments that you would like to add to the form submission, type them into the optional Comments section. Finally, click on the Submit button to save and submit the form.

 

To add documents to be accessible in KruxLog, login to KruxMetrix and navigate to the documents page. This access is limited by user role and is configured by your administrator.

Depending which device you are using or if you're using the desktop version of KruxLog you may need to scroll down or open the menu to see all the options shown in the above images.
