Home Page

After you login, you will be brought to the Home page. From here you can see a quick snapshot of some of the latest reports that have been submitted, send comments or questions to the Krux support team, and access the different icons along the taskbar on the bottom. 

You can also login to your Krux Metrix web portal to view more details on the shift report or change your password. This access is limited by user role and is configured by your administrator.

Offline Mode

If you have logged in with a connection you can also Enable Offline Mode if you happen to lose your internet connection. To Enable Offline Mode, click on the Enable Offline Mode button in the top right corner of the screen. If correctly turned on, you should see a red bar across the top of the screen. 

If you regain your internet connection, click on Disable Offline Mode button, and the app will return back to the login screen, and ask for your credentials once again

Latest Reports

See your most recent reports and cross shift reports at a glance here. You can also access the past report summary by selecting the Overview button.

Link to the web portal if you need to change your password or view more details on the shift reports from the home page. Note: this access is limited by user role and configured by your administrator.
