Troubleshooting in KruxLog

Trouble Logging In

If the user is unable to login to KruxLog, there could be a few issues that are causing the problem. The user name or password could be incorrect. Contact your company’s local Krux administrator to see if they can reset your password and check on your login. If they cannot figure out the login issue, contact Krux Support by emailing support@kruxanalytics.com or by calling +1-587-794-3318.


If you are receiving an error message when you are logging in, or the app freezes, hard close the app and retry to launch it again. If this does not work, uninstall and reinstall the app and restart your device.
If after trying both of those methods the app does not load or launch upon login, contact Krux Support.


Incorrect Drop Down Data

If you are encountering incorrect drop down data, contact your company’s local Krux administrator. Items need to be setup from the Presets in Metrix in order for them to appear in the App. If they are unable to fix the issue, contact Krux Support.
