Mining Setup

Presets Tab, visible to Mining Clients only
These fields are available for selection when entering Locations. They are fields that can be customized by the mining company to provide more filtering and reporting capabilities.
- Deposit Name – this is not to be confused with Resources, as this field is already available under location. This is meant for projects where it may be one deposit with multiple locations.
- Location Type – this field is used when you are looking to consolidate multiple locations together for reporting. i.e. Brownfields, Exploration, Active Mine, etc.
- Hole Type – this field is used when you are looking to consolidate multiple holes together for reporting. i.e. Geotechnical, Exploration, In-Pit, Ex-Pit etc.
- Plan Type - this field is used when you are looking to consolidate multiple plans together for reporting.
- Tenements - is for grouping holes together for regulatory reporting.
- Funding Party - this field is used when you have multiple parties funding a drilling plan i.e. Exploration and Production. They share the costs by percentage.

Click to add new type. |

Click to edit. Editing a record will update all previous records where the type was selected. |

Click to delete. Deleting will remove the Deposit, Location Type or Hole Type from the list. You cannot delete a Deposit, Location Type or Hole Type with records associate to it. |

Click to deactivate the Deposit, Location Type or Hole Type. Deactivating will not remove the Deposit, Location Type or Hole Type from the list but will remove the selections from the available dropdown selections. |

Click to reactivate the Deposit, Location Type or Hole Type. Reactivation will add the selections back to the available dropdown selections. |
