This page allows you to create a new user or service account.
For user accounts, this page allows you to manage roles, permissions or reset passwords.
- If you have SSO authentication enabled, set password option is not available.
- Select Data Permissions based on Locations for each user. If All is selected user will see all data with or without a location.
- Select the applicable roles for each user based on the appropriate role permissions. Details of role permissions can be found here:

Note:
The email address you enter for the user will be used for their login credentials
If a user cannot access KruxLog or is not seeing a feature you believe they should have access to a good place to start is to review the User Roles set for that user.
For service accounts, this page allows you to create credentials and set password.
- To create service account check the Service Account checkbox
- SSO Service Accounts are for updating SSO Configuration
- API Service Accounts are for connecting an API service
Select

to return to the Manage Users page.
