Timesheet Detail

Accessible from the Timesheet tab by selecting an individual report from the table and an individual report in the submitted timesheets section, visible to Mining and Drilling Clients 


In each timesheet the following action items are available;

If a timesheet is in a rejected or new state, you will have the ability to edit and then validate the timesheet.

If a timesheet is in a validated state then you can review and approve, as a client.

If a timesheet is in a new state, you have the ability to delete the timesheet.

If a timesheet is in a validated state, but not yet approved by the client you can re-open to edit at any time.

If a timesheet is validated or approved as a client, you can reject and add a note at any time.

Export an excel timesheet summary report

 

For all sections of the timesheet the following action items are consistent;

Click to add a new record in the applicable section.

Click to edit a record in the applicable section. Editing a record will update all previous records where the Item was selected.

Click to delete. Deleting will archive the item in the applicable section. It will not delete any previous records where the item was selected

 

Specific information for each section is as follows;

  Submitted Forms – shows all submitted documents with the daily shift report. Click on the File Name to preview the document or you can export to you local machine by selecting .

  Workers – shows each worker included on a timesheet record.

  Activities – shows the activity recorded on the timesheet along with the workers and/or equipment assigned. Each activity requires at least one worker or equipment associated to be valid. Additional action items in activities are;

Click to add a new worker record to an activity

Click to add a new equipment records to an activity

 

Fluid  Fluids - shows various fluids and fluid types. This allows you to enter fluid consumption for a whole day (whereas in the DSR fluids are added on a per shift basis)

 

Consumables Consumables - shows the  category and consumable type along with the quantity and charges for a whole day (whereas in the DSR consumables are added on a per shift basis)
