Update User Page

For user accounts, this page allows you to manage roles and permissions, reset passwords and Activate/Deactivate a user on this page:

  • If you have SSO authentication enabled, set password option is not available.
  • Select Data Permissions based on Locations for each user. If All is selected user will see all data with or without a location. 
  • Select the applicable roles for each user based on the role permissions tables:

Note

If a user cannot access KruxLog or is not seeing a feature you believe they should have access to a good place to start is to review the User Roles set for that user.

For service accounts, this page allows you to reset passwords.

 

Select once complete to update the users account or select to return to the Manage Users page.
