Contracts

In Management Tab, visible to Mining and Drilling Companies

Use the Contracts page to add, edit and view contracts and rate details. Use the filter drop downs at the top of the view to filter your results and click to reset all of the filters.

Copy an Existing Contract
In the Add Contract modal, you have the option to "Copy from Existing" where you can select the categories you'd like to copy over:

Activity Rates
Consumable Rates
Equipment Rates
Labour Rates
Fluid Rates
Drill Rates

On this page, the following action items are available;

	Click to add a new Contract
	Click to edit Contract.
	Click to delete Contract. Contracts with active reports attached cannot be deleted.
	Click on any contract to add, edit or view the Contract’s Rate Details
	Click to activate a new contract for approval.
	Click to re-activate contract and have it added to the available contracts for report entries.
	Click to mark a contract complete and have it removed from the available contracts for report entries.

Devices and monitors with smaller screens may not see the and options in the summary table, select the button to expand the row to access these action items.

Tip: If you are not able to see the contract when logging into KruxLog to enter a DSR/Timesheet refer back to this page and ensure to or the contract.

Contracts with the following statuses will not be available to select from in KruxLog:
