Filters

At the highest level, the data model filters records using the following logic:

Mining Companies

o Report Approval Required = 'Yes'
o Approval Status = 'Approved'
o Bit costs are not available

Drilling Companies

o Approval Status <> 'New' or 'Deleted'
o Plan data is not visible
