When a report has been Validated but not yet Approved by the Mining Client:
To re-open a report that has already be Validated but not yet Approved by the Mining side, simply expand the shift card and click "Re-Open"

Re-Open the report(s) and make necessary updates:
When a report has been Validated, and has also been Approved by the Mining Client:
Once a Drilling Contractor has Validated a Daily Shift Report and the Mining Client has Approved that report, both sides will see the status of Approved 
If the report needs further edits, the driller will need to contact the Mining Client to request that they Reject the Approved report:
After the report has been Rejected by the Mining client, the driller will then see the status of Pending Validation in red 
on the DSR Overview page.
The driller will then be able to go into that report on the Summary page and see the shift with the Rejected report where they can go ahead make any necessary edits to that shift, and Validate again when appropriate:
